Make Christmas feel even more magical with a complete Santa experience created especially for your child. This is far more than a simple “Dear ___” letter. Every piece is thoughtfully designed around the details you share, creating the feeling that Santa and the North Pole truly know your child.

After ordering, parents will complete a detailed personalization survey where you can share special accomplishments, favorite things, memorable moments, Christmas wishes, family details, personality traits, and anything else you would love Santa to know.

Your Santa Experience Includes

A Highly Personalized Letter from Santa
Each letter is created using the information you provide and filled with meaningful details about your child. Rather than relying on a generic template, we thoughtfully weave their story into the letter so it feels personal, believable, and truly magical.

Personalized Nice List Keepsake Card
Your child will receive an official Nice List certificate personalized with their name and designed to be saved as a Christmas keepsake.

The North Pole Newspaper
A special newspaper filled with fun updates and happenings straight from the North Pole, giving your child an extra glimpse into Santa’s world.

Two Recipes from the North Pole
Two festive recipes inspired by the North Pole that your family can make together and enjoy as part of the Christmas experience.

Exclusive “How Toys Are Made” Fact Card
A special keepsake card filled with behind-the-scenes North Pole details about how Santa’s toys are created, giving your child an imaginative peek inside the workshop.

Magical Reindeer Food
A little something special to sprinkle outside on Christmas Eve to help guide Santa’s reindeer to your home.

Keepsake Christmas Ornament
A special ornament designed to become part of your family’s Christmas traditions and a reminder of this year’s Santa experience.

Parent-Approved Delivery
Your entire Santa Experience will arrive inside a flat mailer, which will be placed inside a concealed outer package so parents can intercept it before little eyes see what is inside.

The flat mailer will arrive unsealed, giving you the opportunity to preview the complete experience first. Once you are happy with everything, you can seal it yourself and decide exactly how you would like your child to discover it.

Slip it into the mailbox. Leave it by the Christmas tree. Have an elf deliver it. Tuck it among the presents. Create a North Pole scavenger hunt. Or start a completely new Christmas tradition of your own.

We provide the magic. You choose how it arrives.

Because every Santa Experience is individually created, we cannot guarantee that every detail submitted in your personalization survey will appear in the final letter. We carefully select the details that fit most naturally into your child’s story so the experience feels authentic, magical, and uniquely theirs.
